Tyson Fury has announced that his next fight will take place on Saturday August 1 in Dublin.
Fury's warm-up fight - with the opponent yet to be announced - will take place four months before his much-anticipated heavyweight clash with Anthony Joshua in November, with the latter set to face Albanian Kristian Prenga in Riyadh on July 25.
Frank Warren - who told Your Site that Fury's next opponent is set to be announced this week - already has an IBO super-lightweight fight scheduled for August 1 in Dublin between Pierce O'Leary and Mark Chamberlain, suggesting Fury will join the card.
Fury posted a video on Instagram on ‌Tuesday showing him back in training in Thailand.
The caption was "let's go August 1, Dublin, Ireland".
Fury's last ​fight was a comprehensive points win ​over Russia's Arslanbek Makhmudov on April 11 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Makhmudov lasted the course, but Fury almost scored a shut-out win, 120-108 on two cards and 119-109 on the third.
